If I could have one thing besides health, good income, a doctor and a lawyer in my back pocket it would be a chef. Not just any chef but a RAW food chef. I forgot how good you feel eating RAW vegan food. I have missed PURE. When I am back in NYC full time I will have to buck up and eat their take away more often at their smaller location.

I was nervous but since Pure food and wine is in NYC, I had to go. Pesto kale? Sure!!! Bring it! Look how amazing this plate is, free of anything cooked and vegan. Man i am a sucker for cashew cheese! I couldn’t even finish it all, what a shame to leave it but I was stuffed. Funny when the waiter asked if we wanted anything else I said, ” A burger”. lolol

Other than that my pouch felt so good. Like it had nothing but pure healthy organic veggies, fruit and nuts in there happily nested until I emptied my front dumper.
